EventR Version 2.2 is now live!

EventR Update: New

We’re excited to announce the release of EventR Version 2.2! This update brings new features to enhance team collaboration and event management. Users can now create and manage to-do lists within both the app and the EventR Coordinator Hub (ECH), making task tracking easier than ever. Additionally, we’ve introduced group chats for better team communication, along with message reactions so you can quickly respond in conversations.

The latest version of EventR is now available in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Most devices will update automatically, but we recommend checking to ensure you’re on the latest version.

EventR App To-Do Lists

The beginning of Advanced Activity Types, introducing To-Do Lists; stay organised with the new built-in To-Do lists, helping you keep track of tasks effortlessly.

Stay Connected with Group Chats

Communication just got even better with the introduction of Group Chats in EventR! Now, teams can create dedicated chat groups for specific events, projects, or departments, making it easier to keep conversations organised. Whether you’re coordinating logistics, sharing updates, or simply staying connected, group chats ensure that everyone stays on the same page. 

React Instantly with Message Reactions

Express yourself faster with Chat Reacts! Now, you can quickly respond to messages using emojis, making communication more interactive and efficient. Whether it’s a thumbs-up for approval or a smile for agreement, reactions help keep conversations flowing without extra messages.

Introducing To-Do Lists in the ECH

The To-Do Lists feature is now available in the EventR Coordinator Hub (ECH), giving coordinators an easy way to create, and track tasks. Add deadlines, set priorities, and provide extra details to keep your team informed. Tasks update in real time, ensuring seamless coordination between ECH and the app.
