EventR Update: New
Starting off the new year with a BANG! We’re bringing you version 3 of EventR!
Our latest improvements include…
App:
- New Multi-Time Zone Clock: Introduced Clock to the app that displays all timezone the itinerary covers
- Smarter Expenses: Upload receipts and keep all your spending neatly organized, working offline.
- Bug Fixes: Small fixes for a smoother, happier app experience.
- Improved location tracking and maps: Now showing airports, transport drop-offs and hire cars.
- Background location tracking: Location tracking of team members works without them using the app.
- Categories: Category colours apply to cards and subpages
- View switch of team page: Option to sort team page by date
- Past activities: Users can optionally display activities that have recently passed.
- Broadcast to Delegates: Administrators can now configure a broadcast only mode for the chat service.

Itinerary Clock Hub
Feel the power! Easily check the times that are included in your itineraries. Whether its a flight landing in Bahrain or a Vehicle hire in Costa Rica, we keep you informed of the local time there.
Better Expenses
You can now upload your receipts to keep better track of your spending.
AI Improvements
We’ve upgraded our AI to have increased capabilities and deal with larger bookings at a higher speed…try it out!
Activity copying
You can now copy activities and and move them to any itinerary you like. This would help with any recurring Hotel Bookings, Taxis, Flights etc.
Improved categorisation
You can now create and set categories for any sections within EventR. This gives you the ability to group together Hotel Bookings, Activities, Hire cars and more, however you wish. This offers more customisability to any given event.
Better Maps
We’ve improved our maps, you can now see Airports, Transport drop-offs and Hire Cars.
Team View Switching
You now have the option to sort your team page by date.
Background locations
We’ve added the option to share your location which will track you even when you’re not using the app.
Past Activities
You now have the option to choose whether to display past activities in your app and how long back.
PDF Improvements
When you choose to export your itinerary as a PDF, there are now more details, giving you a more in-depth summary of your activities, spending and locations.
Message Broadcasts
As the team owner, you can now send messages that your guests cannot reply to.
AI Cost Detection
Upload an image of your receipt without adding the cost, our AI will work in the background and fill it in for you.
