Here's what's new:
Rooming Lists
Create documents for travel agents that outline any necessary information about your team and the event so they can find you the best accommodation possible.Information may include: Max distance from events, how many people at the event, number of rooms required and more.
Improved User Upload
Uploading users to itineraries via CSV allows for additional details to be added to their account. Meaning if a member has a dietary restriction or clothing measurements in the document, it will be added to their account in EventR.
User Alerts
You now have better control of how often you want your team members to be notified that they have outstanding information yet to be shared, for instance a passport picture or allergy details.
Power Lists
Power Lists are a new feature we’re introducing. While normal To-Do Lists are still fully usable as always, we have added new controls which enable a new functionality. With Power Lists, admins are able to set ‘Template Costs’ which will incur the cost of the To-Do item only once a user has checked it. This can take many forms. It can be used to set meal allowances, place orders, provide feedback and more.
Distance Expenses
You now have the ability to set distance expenses. Define the start/end locations, set the distance and the cost per mile and there you have it! Your distance fully recorded with your own set rate.
Enhanced PDFs
We’ve increased the scope of information that you can include in your PDF exports, now you can choose whether to include a user’s private information like dietary requirements or allergies, or show pending/cancelled entries.
