EventR Version 2.5 is now live!

EventR Update: New

We’re excited to announce that EventR Version 2.5 is here. Anyone can now quickly and easily subscribe to our ‘Standard’ or ‘Premium’ subscription tiers offering the user a ton of new features which can all be explored here.

Along with this we have made some UI improvements, including new Login pages, Tables and much more! Also, you can now create your very own Public Itinerary web pages, which can be scanned via QR code!

Here's what's new:

New Login Page

Feel a breath of fresh air as our new page goes live! For the first time ever you can now Sign Up using the desktop, no need to download the app. 

Create your own public pages

Our Coordinator Hub now supports the creation of your own public-facing itineraries. Customise colours, images, fonts and branding to fit your style and attract people to your events! Each page comes with its own QR code, we encourage people to scan and get the itinerary along with all its contents straight into your phone.

Subscriptions

We now offer you a seamless way to upgrade your account privileges and elevate the tools at your disposal. Manage logistics with better and more intricate parameters to better equip yourself to handle any complexities along the way. 

Access requests

Coordinate your event logistics better by controlling the traffic of your organisations.

Duplicate event information

You now have the ability to copy entire sections of your itinerary (Accommodation, Flights, Travel, Activities etc.) and add them to any of your other itineraries, allowing for speedy adjustment and rescheduling of events.  

New Table

We added a new table which accumulates all costs and sort them into their status, making it easier to identify any that are overdue, pending, paid or cancelled.
