We’re excited to announce that EventR Version 2.4 is here, bringing a groundbreaking new feature: Expense Tracking. You can now manually log costs that occur over the course of your events or holidays! For the business admins, it is an easy way of collecting cost data which can be imported or exported via CSV or XLSX. This new side of functionality brings about a whole new realm of usability which would benefit anyone! Try it out now!
Along with this, the Planner View got a makeover…it now shows flags displaying the timezone that your activity is in, helping reduce any confusion when navigating an event that spans over multiple countries!
The latest version of EventR is now available in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Most devices will update automatically, but we recommend checking to ensure you’re on the latest version.

The version 2.4 of EventR is out! Click the link below to download the latest version and experience the newly added features!
You can now track your costings. This feature allows you to add your expenses that you face over the course of any event. Once logged, a table of costings is created and you are able to view/edit them at will. Here you can also see which user of your itinerary logged the cost and you can also change the status from pending to paid etc.
Improved Planner
Our new and improved planner provides better visual support for itineraries with multiple timezones! Activities will now show flags along with the timezones.
