The Additional Information and Description fields support Markdown which allows various simple formatting options. Links are formatted as (On screen Text)[url:]. For example (Google)[https://google.com] would be rendered as: Google. Power user tip: you can start a URL with tel: and it will become a telephone number that can be dialed.
Expense tracking comes with Premium and Enterprise plans. To enable it you must go into the Coordinator Hub->Admin and check the box “Enable expense tracking for users in the EventR App”. In addition you will need to make sure your users have the permission “Add Expenses” in the “Permissions” Tab.
Make a new role for delegates in Permissions called “Delegate”. Add the chat permission and remove all other permissions – importantly the Send Chat Message permission. Then chat will become a read-only messages tab.
