Meet Oliver, the RoboBobbin!
Oliver runs our brand-new Booking AI feature. Just email him your trip details — flights, car hire, activities, accommodation, and more — and he’ll build your itinerary for you. Don’t worry, you’ll always have the chance to review and approve everything he creates.
He’s still learning, so there may be times he doesn’t quite understand something. But we’ve been impressed with how much Oliver already gets right. Even better, he can read photos and spreadsheets, so you can simply send him an image or file and let him do the rest!

Go to your EventR Enterprise Coordinator Hub
Click Admin → Settings
Tick “Enable Booking AI in the Coordinator Hub”
