We put privacy and security first with EventR. 

Due to the sensitive nature of the information teams hold, we have taken extra steps over many systems to ensure data is carefully siloed, and does not get passed to third parties. 

Private Encryption

Every Team is given their own privately encrypted datastore that is housed in our private datacenter.

Internal logging

Access to customer data is logged internally, including by our own staff.

3rd Party Services

We use a minimal number of 3rd party services, which are not supplied user information. Where ever possible we run our own version of all services such as maps, address look ups, id services etc.

User confidentiality

Personal data such as allergies, visas, blood type etc. that can be optionally requested by a Team is held against the user record encrypted. The user chooses to share the information with a team, and the information is only available while the user allows it.
